What’s the only proven way they say to slow the progression of Parkinson’s down? Exercise, exercise, and more exercise so here’s another option for you to get more exercise.
See details below.
Classes start Thursday September 17th.

Excited to announce the start of a new class that's very close to my heart called BAM ADAPTIVE💓
Building off the success of our original BAM (Balance and Motion) class, BAM ADAPTIVE is specifically tailored for individuals navigating mobility challenges due to Parkinson's and other neurological disorders.
For the last two decades I've worked one on one with individuals with Parkinson's and always envisioned a group class with the very exercises that my private clients benefited from. As fate would have it, I met some wonderful people at Parkinson’s of Flagler Palm Coast who are doing an amazing job supporting, in every way, people with Parkinson's and their families.
We decided to collaborate together on this targeted exercise class and are so excited to present it to our Flagler County Community! Please spread the word.💪🏼🤓💚

*Open to the public.

*For all fitness levels of those battling Parkinson's and other neurological disorders.

*Every Thursday (beginning September 17th), at 12:15 p.m.

*At Club 51, 51 Old Kings Road North, in Palm Coast.

*FREE with most insurances or a "suggested" $5 donation.

*Caregivers welcomed.

A Parkinson’s patient says his debilitating tremor vanished within minutes thanks to a newly approved, non-invasive ultrasound treatment.

For years, 72-year-old Air Force veteran Bud Leavell struggled with severe tremors that kept him from living life to its fullest.

Then doctors at UT Southwestern used focused ultrasound waves to target precise areas deep in his brain... without opening his skull.

At his latest follow-up, the tremor remained under control. His response when asked how he was doing? “What tremor?”
