Thunder 7U had a very exciting experience at Space Coast playing up in the 8U division and made it to the semifinals. After going 1-1 in pool play, ended seeded 4th, came out and won their bracket game in the bottom of the 6th in an exhilarating game! So proud of these boys on their first travel Tournament.

Back-to-back USSSA titles. Same opponent in both finals — two completely different ways to win.

Saturday's 10-2 over Brick City was the Lincoln H show — 4 RBIs (2-RBI double, RBI single, RBI sac fly). Jack C started, Landon C closed with 2 scoreless innings, 4 K's, 0 BB.
Game 2 ran into a 7-7 brawl with St.Lucie Canes. Headline: our #9 hitter Wyatt L ripped a TRIPLE on an 0-2 count driving in 3 to flip the score.
Sunday earned ring #2.
Semi vs Canes (rematch) — 9-8 WALK-OFF. Down 8-7 in the bottom of the 4th, Lincoln H doubled home TWO. Five Thunder players had two-hit games in one win.
Championship vs Ballplex (Major #1) — 1-0 PITCHER'S DUEL. Logan G against the #1-ranked Major team in the state: 3 IP, 5 H, ZERO runs, ZERO walks. Our only run scored on a Ballplex error. Two trophies over the same opponent — first a 6-5 walk-off thriller, now a 1-0 duel. RING TWO.
🔥 Logan Gianquitti — 4 IP, 0 ER, 0 BB across the weekend, including the championship-locking start.
🔥 Lincoln Harden — walk-off RBI double in the semi, 4 RBIs in Game 1, plus relief innings. Two consecutive Sundays setting up or hitting a walk-off.
Two trophies, two weekends, same standard.

⚾🖤💛 SFL Thunder Black 11U — USSSA Central Florida CHAMPIONS 💛🖤⚾
SFL Thunder Black 11U won the USSSA Central Florida Open Championship — and we did it the hard way.
Open tournaments aren't classification-restricted, meaning the field includes Major-classified teams (USSSA's top tier). This weekend we went 3-0 against Major teams, capped by a walk-off win in the championship over Ballplex Academy — currently ranked #1 in USSSA 11U Major.

❌ Blue Collar Dawgs 3 — Thunder 1
✅ Thunder 8 — CF Pokers 0 (Major)
✅ Thunder 11 — CF Pokers 2 (Major — bracket rematch)
✅ Thunder 3 — 11U Scorpions 2 (Walk-Off semi — extras)
✅ Thunder 6 — Ballplex Academy 5 (Major #1 — Walk-Off final)
Saturday opened with a tough 3-1 loss to Blue Collar Dawgs. Mason D answered with a solo home run; Lincoln H threw three shutout innings in relief. The boys came out with a chip on their shoulder.
Game two: rolled CF Pokers 8-0. Landon C launched a two-run home run.
Sunday is when this team became champions.
Bracket vs CF Pokers — 11-2. Six runs in the first, the order grinding all day. Lincoln H pitched three strong, Jack C closed the door.
Semi vs 11U Scorpions — 3-2 EXTRA-INNINGS WALK-OFF. Down 2-0 in the 6th, the bats answered with a bunt clinic and a Landon C tying RBI. In extras, Maddon R pulled a Houdini on the mound. Bottom of the 7th, bases loaded, first pitch — Logan G wore it to walk it off.
Championship vs Ballplex (Major #1) — 6-5 WALK-OFF. Led 5-0 early. Jack C threw three shutout innings before Ballplex tied it. Bottom of the 7th, tied 5-5 — Maddon R singled in the championship-winning run. RINGS.
🔥 Maddon Reeves: five innings of shutout relief across BOTH walk-offs AND the championship-winning RBI. Weekend iron man.
Proud of the way these boys represented Thunder Baseball all weekend.
