Nothing brings a cohort together like rolling up your sleeves for a cause bigger than any of us.

We teamed up with The Children’s Hunger Project to pack meal bags for kids across our community. Leadership isn’t just something you learn, it’s something you live.

As we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary, we’re reminded that leadership is part of how we keep moving forward: learning from the past, showing up with purpose, and building communities where people can grow, connect, and lead with courage.

Our ELA Quarterly Hang Out at JamRock Grill was everything! And we have our very own ELA participant Michelle to thank for opening up her beautiful restaurant and welcoming us like family. If you haven't been to JamRock Grill yet, put it on your list. 🇯🇲❤️

We sang, we connected, we raised money, and we reminded each other why community is worth investing in.
