Post 50 is requesting volunteers to place 600+ American Flag's on veteran's graves at the Palisade Cemetery. Post 50 will provide the U.S. Flags and the location for placing the flag and the proper rendering Honors.

Palisade Rotary was honored to hear from Commander Greg Schneck of American Legion Post 50.

Commander Schneck shared the history of the Legion in Palisade and the many ways it has supported our veterans and the broader community through decades of service.

There will be upcoming public meetings where the future of the Veterans Memorial Building will be discussed and other topics. Community members who are interested are encouraged to stay informed and participate in the civic process.

Thank you Commander for your service and continued leadership and dedication to our veterans and our community.
