🧡Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and heavy but you don’t have to carry it by yourself.

The Aundra Lambert Jr. Family Over Everything Foundation invites you to join our Virtual Grief Support Group, where you’ll find a safe, compassionate space to share your journey, receive encouragement, and connect with others who truly understand the pain of loss.

Whether your loss is recent or years ago, your grief matters, your story matters, and you matter.

When the people who knew your story are no longer there, the silence can feel overwhelming. Losing parents, siblings, children, grandparents, or other loved ones can leave you feeling as though a part of your own identity has been lost. The holidays are quieter. The phone stops ringing. The traditions change. Grief can become even heavier when you feel like there is no one left who truly remembers then we are here for you.

đź’› July is National Bereaved Parents Awareness Month. đź’›

This month holds a special place in our hearts. At the Aundra Lambert Jr. Family Over Everything Foundation, our mission was born from a mother’s love that death could never erase. The loss of Aundra Lambert Jr. changed our lives forever, but it also ignited a purpose-to walk alongside families facing grief, offer hope in the midst of heartbreak, and remind every bereaved parent that they are not alone.

To every parent carrying the weight of losing a child, we see you. We honor your child. We honor your journey. There is no timeline for grief, no right or wrong way to love, and no day when your child’s memory stops mattering.

As we recognize National Bereaved Parents Awareness Month, we invite our community to stand with grieving families through compassion, understanding, and remembrance. Sometimes the greatest gift we can give is simply to acknowledge their child, speak their name, and let them know they are loved.

💛 A child’s life leaves an everlasting imprint. Their love continues to shape us, their memories continue to inspire us, and their legacy lives on through every act of kindness, healing, and hope.

Together, let us remember. Together, let us heal. Together, let us ensure that no bereaved parent walks this journey alone.
