🚨✨ IMPORTANT PAGEANT REMINDERS ✨🚨
Pageant weekend is almost here, so here are some important reminders and updates for everyone! Please read carefully so you don’t miss anything! 💜👑
📝 INTERVIEW CONTESTANTS
If you are competing in Interview, please bring 3 copies of your bio.
• You may bring them to practice OR the morning of interviews
• Practice is preferred if possible
🕯️ LUMINARIES, TORCHES & DONATIONS
• Luminary forms/photos can be sent electronically
• Payments can be sent through any pageant payment method
• Selling 1 torch = the value of 10 luminaries
• ALL luminary sales, torch sales, and general donations count toward the Spirit of Relay Title 👑
🏆 SPIRIT OF RELAY TITLE
The Spirit of Relay winner will reign beside our division queens this year!
✨ Reminder: We do NOT double crown.
🎤 PRACTICE INFORMATION
📍 Friday | 6:00–8:00 PM
This will be a come-and-go practice.
Most important information and Q&A will begin around 6:15 PM to allow everyone time to arrive.
📸 PHOTOGENIC
• Photogenic pictures are due by the END of practice
• You may still add Photogenic at practice
💇‍♀️✨ OPTIONALS
You may still add:
• Prettiest Hair
• Prettiest Eyes
• Prettiest Smile
• Prettiest Dress
($5 each) at practice
📄 SCORESHEETS
Score sheets may still be added at any time.
After practice, these will need to be requested through Facebook Messenger or text message — not at the pageant.
📷 PHOTO PACKAGE
Photo packages MUST be purchased by the end of practice.
💲$40 package
• Half goes to the photographer
• Half goes back to Relay for Life 💜
🌸 FLOWER BAR
We will have a flower bar on pageant day!
🌸 Pre-orders are available.
🪑 RESERVE FLOOR SEATING
We will be offering reserved seating for the chairs on the gym floor.
• Seating sales will begin at practice
• Can also be purchased through messages after practice
• Seating diagram will be posted
• Reserved seating is $5 extra in addition to the regular $10 admission fee
• Reserved seating will be available until 10:00 AM Saturday morning
⏰ CHECK-IN REMINDER
Check-in begins 1 hour before your pageant starts.
🏟️ PAGEANT DAY REMINDER
The gym will be cleared in between each pageant.

We are looking for anyone willing to help support our contestants by purchasing a luminary for $5 and/or a torch for $50 for the Dale County Relay for Life Pageant. 💜
Several contestants are still working hard to reach their required 10 luminaries, and every purchase helps honor, remember, and celebrate those affected by cancer while supporting a wonderful cause. 🎗️

✨👑 THE COUNTDOWN IS ON — WE ARE ONE WEEK AWAY FROM PAGEANT DAY! 👑✨

We are getting SO excited for the 2026 Dale County Relay for Life Pageant! 💜
Our crowns have officially arrived… and they are BEAUTIFUL! ✨ (and yes — they’re even bigger than last year 👀👑)

A few important reminders as we get closer:

💜 Keep raising those funds for the Spirit of Relay title!
📸 Practice is Friday from 6:00–8:00 PM
📍Friday is the FINAL time to turn in:
• Spirit of Relay money
• Photogenic photos
