What an unforgettable day celebrating our graduates & an incredible year!

Last Friday, we gathered to celebrate our incredible students during our Graduation and Moving Up Ceremony. From our littlest learners stepping into their next chapters to our major milestones, our hearts are absolutely bursting with pride.

A massive THANK YOU to our phenomenal parent and family community. Your unwavering support, love, and partnership are what make this school feel like a true family. We couldn't do this without you!

To our tireless PTO, you outdid yourselves once again. Thank you for putting your hearts into planning an absolutely amazing event that our families will cherish forever.

We also want to share a special moment of gratitude for our visionary leader, Principal Parker. Thank you for another successful year of bringing your beautiful dream for this school to life. Your dedication inspires us all every single day.

Our ceremony was made even more special by the brilliant student speakers who took the stage to represent their peers. A huge shout-out to Jordyn Harris, Harlym Brandon, and Jaelyn Norris! You all spoke with such confidence, wisdom, and heart, and we are so incredibly proud of your voices.

The biggest milestone of the day belongs to our three incredible high school graduates. They have worked so hard to reach this moment, and we know they are going to change the world. Please join us in showering love and congratulations upon our Class of 2026 Graduates:

We couldn’t have asked for a better Field Day!

Today was packed with laughter, friendly competition, and so much joy across all of our activities.

And to top it all off, we had the ultimate water balloon fun at the end! It was the perfect way to cool off and celebrate a job well done by all of our students.

What a blast this week has been showing our teachers and staff just how much we appreciate them here at NNA. Happy Teacher Appreciation week to all educators worldwide. 📚🍎✨

Our students had the absolute best day exploring, learning, and growing at Sunshyne’s Refuge! From the moment we arrived at this beautiful farm right on the North Carolina border, we were surrounded by nature and community spirit. It was incredible to see this historic 300-acre former to***co farm transformed into such a vibrant sanctuary. 🚜🌾

Our day was packed with adventure:

We met everything from peacocks and alpacas to mini horses and adorable babies of every kind! 🦚🐷

Students got creative painting rocks and even spent time planting flowers to take home. We also became junior explorers, learning how to identify different types of mushrooms, tasting honeysuckles, and, most importantly, how to spot (and avoid!) poison ivy. 🍄🎨🌸

We took in the fresh air during our trail ride and nature walk, learning about the corn and soybean crops (and we can't wait for those pumpkins later this year!). 🌽🎃

A massive thank you to the team at Sunshyne’s Refuge for being such gracious hosts. Not only did they share their knowledge, but they also treated us to a fantastic cookout and the most delicious homemade ice cream! 🌭🍦

We also want to send a huge shout-out to our incredible parents. Thank you for your flexibility with the weather and for helping make this trip a success for our students!☔️🌦️

Days like today remind us of the beauty of our community and the joy of outdoor learning. Thank you for such a fun-filled day! ☀️✨

Strong community, strong hearts! We are so grateful to have local partners like Strong Arm Baking to help us celebrate our wonderful teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week! Seeing our teachers' faces light up over breakfast was truly heartwarming. Your support makes all the difference! 🍎🎓📚
