As we reflect on Mr. Owosso 2026, we need to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible businesses that sponsored, donated, hosted events, and supported this campaign from start to finish.

Your generosity, partnership, and commitment to our community helped make this year's fundraiser a success. Every dollar raised, every event hosted, and every donation received will help provide care, shelter, and second chances for animals in need.

We truly cannot thank you enough for believing in our mission and helping us make a difference in the lives of the animals we serve.

People love to support businesses that support the organizations and causes closest to their hearts. We encourage our community to remember these businesses, visit them, and show them the same support they have shown the Shiawassee Humane Society.

Together, we're making our community a better place for both people and pets. Thank you for being part of that mission. ❤️🐾

While we may not have brought home the Mr. Owosso title, Jalen accomplished something even more meaningful…he raised over $45,000 for the animals in our community through a positive campaign.

Because of your generosity and support, the Humane Society will be able to make much-needed building improvements that will help keep animals safer and provide better care for those who need it most.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Without this incredible community, these animals would have no voice, no hope, and no second chance. Every donation, every share, every encouraging word, and every act of support made a difference that will be felt for years to come.

We cannot express how grateful we are for this community. It was an absolute joy meeting so many amazing people throughout this journey, and we know we’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime.

Most importantly, Jalen helped shine a light on something powerful: you are never too young to make a difference. If there is a cause close to your heart, get involved. Volunteer. Donate. Share. Foster. Advocate. There are so many ways to help and create positive change.

This campaign was about so much more than a title. It was about community, compassion, and giving animals a brighter future. Thank you for being part of that mission. ❤️🐾

As we get ready to wrap up Mr. Owosso 2026 this evening, we wanted to take a moment to remember why we're here. We're here 'For the Paws' 🐾

We're here for the animals who don't have a voice and need a helping hand on their journey to a forever home. We're here to help the neglected, care for those in need, and save lives.

Every day, animals make our lives better. From emotional support companions who comfort us through difficult times to police K9s who serve and protect our communities, their dedication to us never ends.

Now it's our turn to show that our dedication to them is just as strong.

The Shiawassee Humane Society's mission is only possible because of the incredible support of this community. Whether you've attended an event, donated, volunteered, shared a post, or simply cheered us on, you have made a difference in the lives of countless animals.

And remember, it's not too late to make a difference! Donations for Mr. Owosso 2026 will continue to be accepted until 5:00 PM today. Every dollar helps provide food, shelter, medical care, and second chances for animals in need. If you've been thinking about donating, there's still time to help us make an impact.

From all of us, thank you for standing with us, supporting our mission, and helping us create brighter futures for the animals in our community. ❤️🐾
