We are accepting applications for our open position: Compliance & ARC Officer.

This person will be responsible for ensuring that all properties within Hampton Cove adhere to the community's rules, regulations, and architectural guidelines. This role involves conducting regular inspections, reviewing architectural plans, and working closely with homeowners to address any compliance issues.

Now that spring is officially here to stay, please take some time to read up on the standards and restrictions regarding garden beds.

Garden beds must be well maintained and mulched with either wood mulch or pine straw. All beds must be consistent with the same mulch used for the entire yard. Synthetic mulch is not permitted. Gravel is not permitted. River rock in mulch beds may be permitted, upon approval, and only if Supplemental Declarations permit.

Note: "gravel" includes white rock and limestone.

Please remember that not only is it against city ordinances to litter, it is against Hampton Cove S&Rs we use to try and maintain the beauty and property values of our neighborhood.
