"Linnea my Highschool weight room coach"

2. What has been your biggest accomplishment thus far?

"Being one of the only females that consistently show up in the weight room at school, and competing in two Women's Barbell Classic competitions."

3. Tell us one of the most noticeable improvements that strength has brought to your life.

"Confidence"

4. What piece of advice would you share with another woman in our community who hasn’t committed herself to weight training yet?

"Just get started and try a little more everyday, don’t think about it just do it."
