We are pleased to announce the Otwell Progress Committee has received one of twelve grants awarded throughout the state courtesy of The Indiana Arts Commission through the America250 grant program. This program supports arts projects that celebrate American history and connect participants to that history in anticipation of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence.

The OPC will use this grant to support a patriotic concert event as part of the Otwell 4th of July Celebration in 2026. 🇺🇲

4 Days away! Set your reminders to join us THIS Saturday March 21st @ the Otwell Community Center for our Craft & Vendor Fair! 10:00am-4:00pm

Approximately 25 vendors are signed up, plus Spill The Tea with Mama Z, Porky's Pitstop, Three Sips Drink Co, and Big Boys Burgers trucks will be joining us!

And BINGO all day 10a-4p! So much fun!

It's going to be an absolutely beautiful day 🌞 to sip on a fun drink, grab a sandwich, do some shopping, and press your luck at Bingo!

All funds earned from this event will go straight back into our community 😊

We would like to thank The United Way of Pike County for a recent grant awarded to the OPC.

We received a $500 grant for the purpose of a Sensory/Reset Room at Otwell Miller Academy. The grant will be used to purchase materials that promote calm, focus, and emotional regulation for students. This supportive space will allow staff to model coping strategies so students can reflect on behavior and return to the classroom ready to learn.

Thank you United Way! We are so thankful for the opportunities this grant will provide for our school!

The OPC was fortunate to receive a grant from the Community Foundation Alliance recently.

This grant will be used to assist with the purchase and installation of an emergency outdoor public address system for the Jefferson Township Ruritan grounds.

We are so thankful for this grant!
