Our Mission is to Equip aviators with the skills and resources they need to fulfill their call to Serve God, and to Send these laborers into the harvest. Since 2002, we have sent 100+ aviators to full-time ministry across more than 25 countries. We currently employ 35 pilot/mechanics i

n three different states, Washington, Minnesota, and Michigan. Our programs allow newly certified aviators to gain practical work experience, mentorship, and preparation for long-term aviation ministry service.

Aviation opens doors. One of the biggest doors is that of efficiency. Sure a pilot may get to a location quicker, but that is just the beginning of the benefits.

At Proclaim, missionaries are not just sitting under the teaching of missionaries with more experience, rather they work along side them, learning, adapting, growing.

This is Kim Soderholm, she has been with Proclaim since 2005. Originally Kim was planning on volunteering but the Lord had other plans! Over the years her roles have included bookkeeping, payroll, newsletters and more!

When asked what her favorite part about Proclaim was, she replied that the amount of joy and laughter here, as well as the collaboration between the team is encouraging and a source of inspiration.

When a pilot or mechanic follows the Lord's guidance and joins Proclaim, our mission is not to JUST prep them technically and send them to the mission field.

Through a holistically based training environment, we aim to help them grow in spiritual maturity so that they can find true longevity in missions.

Oshkosh is more than an airshow for Mission Aviation, it is a strategically placed outreach hub for missionaries to encourage each other, lift the global mission up in prayer, and invite the next generation to follow God's calling on their lives.

Following a time of serving in Ecuador, he and his wife returned to the US and co-founded Proclaim. Currently, John serves as the CEO of Proclaim Aviation Ministries, overseeing the organization’s vision, leadership, and operational effectiveness.

From a young age Fernando had the influence of missions in his life, and so when the Lord put a calling to go towards missions, he responded, not knowing the different paths the Lord would take him on to get him back to the mission field.
