Grief Comfort Inc. Our Vision: To help people process grief and tragic loss in a healthy educational manner. No two people grieve a loss in the same way.

Our founder's journey through grief and life's tragic losses greatly influenced the creation of Grief Comfort. Yet, Brenda Doerfler, our founder established Grief Comfort to educate people about the various types of grief and loss and how to cope and heal despite the loss they experienced. Since its formation, Grief Comfort provides group support and education to the brokenhearted to restore lives

with hope and courage. With this healthy educational approach to loss, the topic of any bereavement is addressed and acknowledged. These types of loss include, but are not limited to: death of a loved one, su***de, divorce, job loss, loss of health, financial devastation or any other tragic losses or life detours. These diverse life experiences bring a season of mourning, a broken heart, and a grieving process, which in turn can cause emotional, mental, physical or spiritual confusion to the healthiest of individuals. Grief Comfort is reaching out to help those experiencing loss find hope and healing.

Grief is something that we all will encounter. Have you ever wondered how to get better? Grief Comfort Inc. will not only help you to identify the stage of grief you are experiencing, but will also help you to work toward peace.

A new class, free of charge, will be on:

-Mondays, beginning September 14th
-Faith Baptist Church
601 Retan in Osawatomie
-This is an 8 week class meeting weekly Mondays from 6:00 pm-7:30 pm.

You can start attending any week. Enroll today or just bring a friend and show up. This class will be led by John Wastlund and Assisted by Wayne Ova. Regardless of your stage of grief, this class will have something to offer you. Contact Wayne Ova (913) 259-1197 if you have any questions.
