Cub Scout Pack 72 See what we are up to in our Pack, and the community. Pack 72 is the Cub Scout pack from Orwell, Ohio.

Big shoutout to our Cubs (Cub Scout Pack 72), Troop members (Boy Scout Troop 72 Orwell, LEC), and non-scout helpers for coming out Saturday to work! We had a huge turnout which made the project go quick and smooth. Because of these helpers, we were able to clear out a huge bed of vegetation and cut down and haul brush from multiple hedges from an old Scout Cabin. Thank you for your hard work and what a great way to represent scouting in the community!

Be sure to come out for sign ups, fun and support for all the groups at the schools tailgate event next Friday.

Congrats to all our cubs for another successful year in Cub Scouts! We had so many cubs graduate and cross over to their new ranks. Well done! And a HUGE shout out to all our adult helpers who made this year possible. Thank you!

We had our first summertime meeting and it was so much fun. The Cubs made s’more kits to sell this Wednesday at Chaffee Park. They teamed up to make advertisement signs too. We can’t have an untested product, so everyone got to make a s’more using the kits. Then ended the meeting with a game of tag. It was a great way to start the summer.

A scout is reverent. Memorial Day is a day of remembrance. Take a moment today and think about the sacrifices that have been made so we can enjoy the freedoms we have. During your festivities, take a minute of silence and say thanks to those who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Our cubs did an amazing job honoring the fallen during a flag raising ceremony. Join us today for the Memorial Day Parade.
