As everyone winds down at the end of the day, it often becomes a time for reflection—and tonight, our hearts are especially full of gratitude for Beverly Lopez at Village Inn St.Cloud .
Before Huck began making “Hero” bracelets and connecting with so many first responders and military members, he started by creating bracelets with words of affirmation—small reminders of kindness meant to uplift those who needed encouragement and to honor people who give so much to others.
Even before Huck made his very first Hero bracelet, Beverly believed in his mission. She welcomed him into her restaurant and invited him to sell bracelets during a pop-up event. It turned out to be one of his favorite days—he loved it so much that he begged to stay for hours after it ended.
Now, nearly a year later, Beverly has had the opportunity to watch Huck’s mission grow, and once again, she has gone above and beyond in supporting him. She insisted that we host a bracelet crafting party and generously offered for her and her servers to sit down alongside Huck to help handcraft bracelets for our first responders and military veterans.
The kindness, love, and support Beverly pours into others is truly immeasurable, and our community is so fortunate to have someone like her.
So tonight, as we get ready for bed, our hearts are full and our minds are already dreaming about what a fun, loving, and family-filled weekend this bracelet party will be. ❤️
Look at how little he was.. 🥹
