Aarohi Shah moved from New Jersey to Central Florida and started in real estate in 2017. No inherited client list, no institution behind her — she built her business from zero into a top-producing practice with Align Real Estate, serving Orlando, Windermere, and Lake Nona, with a specialty in first-time home buyers.

Along the way: ORRA Young Professionals Network 20 Under 40, Class of 2022, and the ORRA Gold Key. All while raising two young children.

She’s the youngest name on this panel, and for anyone in the room building something of their own, probably the most useful one to talk to.
