Meet Kaitlin Hughes!

As Reliant's HR Generalist, Kaitlin's passion is caring for our Central team as they support field staff serving across the country. Whether she's helping with HR, encouraging coworkers, or creating opportunities for connection, she loves helping our staff feel supported and cared for.

One of Kaitlin's favorite reminders comes from Psalm 118:24: "This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." It encourages her to greet each day with gratitude and trust, no matter what it holds.

Outside of work, Kaitlin enjoys spending time with her husband, their boys, and two Aussies, exploring their new home in Pennsylvania, and finding any excuse for a great cup of coffee (or Chick-fil-A!).

We're so grateful for Kaitlin and the many ways she helps make ministry happen by investing in the people who serve.
