Today, I'm launching three things I had no idea how to build:
📚 A book (Against All Odds: The Less Than 1% Chance)
🌐 A website (mariataponte.com)
🛍️ A merch shop (Love Your Life by Maria)

Did I know how to write a book? No.
Did I know how to build a website? No.
Did I know how to run an online shop? Absolutely not.

But here's what I did know: If I never tried, I'd never know what was possible.

This is the legacy I want to leave my kids—that it doesn't matter whether you know how to do something or not. You figure it out. You stay optimistic enough to try. Because trying and failing beats never trying at all.

I was the surviving twin with less than a 1% chance at life.

Optimism has been my superpower.

Some people will say I'm crazy for doing all this at once.

They might be right.

But I'd rather be an optimistic fool chasing my dreams than a realistic person watching from the sidelines.

So here we are. Book? Live. Website? Live. Shop? Live.

Is everything perfect? No.
Am I figuring it out as I go? Absolutely.
Am I proud of what I've built? You bet.

To my kids: Watch your mom bet on herself. Watch her figure things out. Watch her choose optimism even when it's scary.

Because that's what I want you to remember—not whether I succeeded or failed, but that I tried.
