🌟 Meet 2026 ORRA YPN 20 Under 40 Rising Star David Macias of Keller Williams Advantage III! 🌟

David began his career at Disney while building a painting business on the side. He later discovered real estate as a way to create a better future and lasting legacy for his family.

His journey required tremendous resilience. After his son was born eight weeks prematurely and both David and his wife were furloughed during the COVID-19 pandemic, he continued moving forward with determination and faith. In June 2024, David took a leap and pursued real estate full-time. By 2025, he had nearly tripled his gross commission income!

Drawing on his experience in painting, renovations and business ownership, David helps sellers prepare their homes for the market and maximize their value. He approaches every client relationship with transparency, genuine service and a commitment to helping others succeed.
