Casey never called police -the grandma did.-after she had to track the mother down and threaten her with calling the police and having her arrested . Casey never seeked help for Caylee -evidence prove she only did things to help herself .Caylee Marie Anthony (08.09.2005-06.16.2008) was murdered and neglected by her mom Casey Anthony. Caylee lived with her Grandpa, Grandma's home with her mom,Casey. Caylee's mom never seeked help for her child that she cliamed was kidnapped and later admitted murdered. Casey lied and mislead everyone who wanted to know where Caylee was in the wrong direction so they could not find Caylee near her grandparents home and in her trunk. Casey partied and celebrated and enjoyed herself by spending other people money on herself and hanging out with her friends and boyfriend whom she told many lies to regarding Caylee's whereabouts and many other things. Caylee's mom stole her best friend's Amy Huizenga's check and withdrew money from her acct and went on a shopping spree for herself. Casey made up a preplanned story that Caylee's ( fake ) nanny kidnapped her -s story she got from the show One Tree Hill . Caylee was found near her grandparent's home Dec 11 2008. in the woods in a garabage bag along with duck tape, a syringe and a bottle. Even thou there was ton of evidence against Casey - a jury that had no common sense found her not guilty of Caylee 's murder. Her mommy and her defenders all seeked fame, money and freedom off her death. A child who got no justice and had almost everyone protecting and defending her mom who did nothing but destroy people life as she enjoyed hers.

Meanwhile, the Florida Department of Children and Families concluded Casey was responsible for her daughter's death because of her "actions or the lack of actions... ultimately resulted or contributed in the death of the child."

The agency investigates every child death when there are allegations of abuse or neglect.
The report is also on record in case families come back in the system.

"It is the conclusion of the Department of Children and Families that [Casey Anthony] failed to protect her child from harm either through her actions or lack of actions, which tragically resulted in the child's untimely death," DCF spokeswoman Carrie Hoeppner said Thursday.
