Memo: Postponement of Orlando Leather Pride 2025 (Year 3)

Dear Orlando Leather Pride Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the postponement of Orlando Leather Pride 2025 (Year 3), originally scheduled for October 23 through October 26, 2025. After much deliberation, we’ve come to this difficult decision due to a combination of factors, including a lack of sufficient sponsorships, lower-than-expected registration numbers, and recent changes to our board.

We understand how deeply disappointing this news is, especially for those who have been looking forward to the event. Please know that this decision was not made lightly, and we are as committed as ever to serving and celebrating our community.

Refunds:
All individuals who have already registered for Orlando Leather Pride 2025 will receive a refund. We will be processing these refunds in the coming days, and you should receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed by ForbiddenTickets.

Hotel Reservations:
If you’ve already reserved a hotel room for the event, we encourage you to cancel your reservation directly with the hotel to avoid any unnecessary charges.

What’s Next?
Over the next few months, we will be reevaluating what type of event we will bring to the community in the future. Our goal is to ensure that we continue to host an event that is accessible, inclusive, and truly reflective of the diverse and vibrant spirit of our community. In parallel, we will be working hard on fundraising initiatives to secure the support we need to deliver a high-quality event that is affordable for everyone.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and support during this challenging time. We are committed to returning stronger and better, and we look forward to bringing you something special in the future.
