Utah Living History Association - ULHA

Utah Living History Association - ULHA A non-profit organization of Re-enactors in Utah whose sole goal is the preservation and interpretation of the U.S. Military during the Muzzloader period.

We believe that high standards are the key to a successful living history experience. Those persons wishing to join the ULHA must meet those high standards. We want to insure that our group is dedicated, professional, authentic, and a credit to those we represent. We ardently feel that anything less would be disrespectful to those gallant men and women who lived, fought and died during the time pe

riod we represent. Membership is open to anyone regardless of age, s*x, race or religious affiliation. You must demonstrate a love for American History and a dedication to the ideal of perpetuating the memory of those whom we portray. All applicants must portray impressions appropriate and authentic for their age and s*x. Before official membership can be obtained, a candidate must: be sponsored by a member in good standing, demonstrate the above ideals, attend regular meetings and activities for at least 6 months. Then, present themselves to the Board of Directors for membership consideration. Membership requires that you are properly outfitted to portray at least one of the recognized units.
