Lincoln County Long-Term Recovery Group Also known as the Lincoln County COAD (Community Organizations Active in Disaster).

The Lincoln County Long-Term Recovery Group (LTRG) coordinates resources and services to support the resilience of Lincoln County residents impacted by disaster. The Lincoln County Long-Term Recovery Group was created in response to the 2020 wildfires in Otis, Oregon. Our goal is to be prepared to respond to any future disasters declared in Lincoln County.
