Now in existence for 25 years in the counties of Allendale, Bamberg, Hampton and Orangeburg, Family Solutions (formerly Low Country Healthy Start) continues to strive to expand its programs and offerings to the communities served and those nearby. Targeted efforts are designed and dedicated to reducing infant death and illness and improving the health of children, women and families.
