We are excited to share that Leaders of the 21st Century (LOT21C) has been awarded a $10,000 grant from the Reitman Foundation Fund in support of our Saturday Fellowship Program.

This investment helps us continue our mission of developing career-driven, college-ready leaders through leadership development, mentorship, professional networking, civic engagement, and real-world exposure opportunities.

As we prepare for another year of impact, we are currently seeking additional support to help us raise $80,000 to expand our reach and provide life-changing opportunities to even more young people.

You can help by sharing this post, tagging individuals or organizations who believe in investing in the next generation, or introducing us to potential supporters, sponsors, and funders who are passionate about education, leadership, and workforce development.

Together, we can continue creating pathways to success for students who are ready to lead, serve, and thrive.

What an incredible day of celebration! 🎓✨

Today, we proudly honored our LOT21C Senior Fellows as they crossed the finish line of a rigorous and transformative journey. Through hard work, perseverance, leadership, and dedication, they have successfully completed the LOT21C program, and we could not be more proud of all they have accomplished.

This milestone would not have been possible without the support of so many people. Thank you to our LOT21C Board Members, families, friends, mentors, and supporters who showed up to celebrate and encourage our graduates. Your belief in our fellows continues to make a lasting impact.

A special thank you to the Newark Public Library for graciously hosting our graduation ceremony and providing a beautiful space for this memorable occasion.

To our graduates: this is not the end of your journey—it is the beginning of a new chapter filled with purpose, opportunity, and impact. Continue to lead, serve, and shine wherever life takes you.
