ISO: Refrigerator + Legal Support for Family Displaced by Gas Explosion

I'm posting on behalf of a woman and her two children who recently reached out to my nonprofit for assistance. Their condo was severely damaged in a gas explosion, and the unit currently has no windows. Despite the unsafe conditions, she’s had to move her family back in because they have nowhere else to go.
To make matters worse, her HOA is withholding her insurance funds in what appears to be an attempt at insurance fraud. She’s been actively seeking legal support, but most nonprofits and legal aid organizations have declined to take on the case due to the complexity and length of HOA litigation.

Immediate Need: She urgently needs a refrigerator. If you have one you’re willing to donate or know of a low-cost option, please reach out. I can provide a donation receipt for tax purposes.

Legal Help: If you have any leads on attorneys or organizations willing to assist, especially those experienced in HOA disputes, please get in touch.

Building Humanity is honored to have creating an entire collection to raise money for the Tanzania home build this July . Children like Kulwa have lost their parents due to HIV/AIDS and COVID. Thanks to Orphanage in Tabora, Tanzania, she now has a forever family and is thriving. will be travelling to Eternal Family in July to build a new home for families like Kulwa's. Will you help us?
