Ivy League Garden Club is selling caladium bulbs as a fundraiser. Each of the three varieties is sold in a set of 10 for $20. These make big, beautiful caladiums and now is the time to plant. They are easy to throw in the ground, add some water, and enjoy them as they start poking through! These varieties can be planted in sun or shade.

You can pick them up at the Claybar Construction office in Little Cypress. 8785 N. Hwy 87, 77632

Ivy League Garden Club had members who helped Be Blessed pack meals for children tonight. We were grateful to help such a worthy local cause! If you want to help support, you can participate in their Duck Derby fundraiser.

Last week, members of ILGC made fresh floral arrangements that they delivered to the residents of Sabine Place Assisted Living. The theme of the arrangements was “Warm Winter Wishes”. They had cedar greenery with a mixture of white flowers.

Did you know that you can plant waxed bulbs after they are spent? Take off the wax & stick them in the ground. They will bloom again!
