Being a practitioner of emotional wellness requires you to check-in often with yourself. It requires listening, tuning in, expressing needs and feels. It requires an ongoing relationship with what feels good and right to you on any given day.
Loving yourself is the deepest relationship there is...so it makes sense that it's constantly evolving, changing, transforming, revealing - simply because we're spiritual beings having a human experience.
And right now, three months in to the new year that we all hoped was going to bring HUGE reprieve and calm - welp, we're not getting it. And so, since we can't control everything in the world, we come back to center, we come back home, to our hearts.
I don't know about you, but I could use some serious Hope. And I'm not talking about "bludgeon you over the head with toxic positivity and glazed eyes and fake smiles," I'm talking about something more real. More raw. More true.
I'm talking about Coming Alive.
We're going to be sharing snippets of times in our lives that gave us goosebumps. They're little stories, shots of truth in a blurry world. And when I thought about some of mine, my body remembered how it felt - and I couldn't stop crying. Because it felt like Hope, it felt like a reminder of what it means to be alive. It felt like a gift to remember the moments that sparkle in my life's experience - both big and small.
And I'm sure I'm not the only one who could use some straight shots of feeling alive when most of us are absolutely buried in stress, fear, anxiety, numbness, and depression. So yeah, let's gather to feel a collective lift, let's speak some pure soul-essence into the world together, and see how far goosebumps can travel. :)
Join us this Wednesday night, March 31st for "Coming Alive," and the Medicine of Hope: Sharing moments that frame us, hold us, define us, rebirth us, renew us.
Love,
💜🐲
