As everybody knows I have been told I have to shut down or get licensed. Financially I can’t afford the repairs and gravel for the pens.
I have had several dogs dumped out here just since I have been shut down. I have had so many people calling me for help with dogs dumped out and they can’t keep them. So many pounds overloaded with dogs! So many will be euthanized if dogs don’t get out to make room for more. I get plea’s every day.
Because of this I have decided to give it a go and get licensed. I just have a catch. I can’t get licensed until I fix my pens up.
The gravel is the biggest expense. If I could raise enough money to put gravel in my pens I could maybe be able to afford to fix the structures which due to the tornado were badly damaged.
Rock is $250 a load and I need 8 loads for my 16 pens. These pens should make a huge difference for the dogs that need help.
