Survivor/Caregiver
If you are a Cancer Survivor register online at www.relayforlife.org/LeeAl or by calling 800-227-2345, option 2.
During the registration process, Cancer Survivors will be given the option to provide the size for their purple survivor t-shirt. There is NO fundraising requirement for survivor shirts and ALL survivors will receive a 2024 commemorative t-shirt after registering.
