With applications going live on Saturday, we wanted to go over some Q&A’s so everyone is knowledgeable about our event ✨👑
1) We are currently in the works of finding the perfect spot to host our pageant. The venue we had last year will be under construction at this time, but we are working diligently to bring you all a great venue.
2) We are a pageant with a purpose. Last year, our “Badge & Beauty” pageant raised close to $3,000 and we were able to give that directly to “Shop with a Cop”. This year, we will still be donating to “Shop with a Cop”, but will also be donating to some other local causes. More info on that coming soon 😊
3) We absolutely provide a FAIR, NON-BIASED pageant. We ALWAYS provide experienced, NON-LOCAL judges that have zero ties to Scott County or surrounding areas. The director, nor the staff helping during pageant day have any say so in who wins! We try our very best to keep things running smoothly and on time and always strive to provide a professionally run pageant. We want participants to keep coming back and enjoy a well run pageant!
4) Our pageant is open to any state. We encourage and welcome all participants.
5) Our dress code has been posted, but 0-5 boys will be wearing church attire/suites, 0-6 girls will be wearing cupcake style dresses, and 7 & up girls/ladies will be wearing long formal dresses with modest slits allowed.
6) This is a crown all pageant for ages 6 and under! Every child will receive a crown on stage if they are in the 6 and under category.
7) We want our event to be and feel professional, but more importantly we want all participants to have a good time and enjoy the time they get to shine on stage. We have a desire to serve our community and really make a difference. We would love it if you would help us do that with your participation and support 🩷
