✨ Please join us in welcoming Dr. Alissa Greenberg, DO, to Omak and the Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic community! ✨

Dr. Greenberg is one of our incoming rotating residents and will be serving in Omak from June 29, 2026 through June 2028. We are excited to have her join our rural healthcare team and community. πŸ’™

Originally from a small coastal town outside of Portland, Oregon, Dr. Greenberg has a deep appreciation for close-knit communities and the relationships that make rural towns special. Her passion for rural medicine comes from wanting to help preserve and strengthen communities where people truly know and care for one another. 🌲

Outside of medicine, she enjoys swimming, pickleball, reading, and exploring ancient history museums. She is especially passionate about improving communication in healthcare, strengthening continuity of care, and expanding access to women’s health services in rural communities. 🩺✨

Dr. Greenberg shared that what excites her most about Omak is the opportunity to become part of a community both inside and outside the clinic walls β€” building relationships while practicing broad, hands-on rural medicine.

When you see Dr. Greenberg around the hospital or community, please take a moment to introduce yourself and help make her feel welcome. Creating a warm and supportive environment for our residents is an important part of shaping the future of rural healthcare. πŸ’›

Welcome to Omak, Dr. Greenberg β€” we are so glad you are here! πŸ‘

She is also an accomplished aerial acrobatics artist who loves outdoor adventures with her dogs β€” including hiking, kayaking, cycling, RV travel, and exploring the beautiful lakes and trails of Okanogan County. πŸ•οΈπŸΎβœ¨

🩺🌟 Welcome Back to Okanogan, Aidan! 🌟🩺

Please join the Mid Valley Hospital Foundation in welcoming Aidan O’Connor to Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic for the month of June!

Aidan is a current third-year medical student (MS3) at the University of Washington School of Medicine and is on track to graduate in June 2027. During her rotation, she will be working alongside Dr. Wallace, Dr. Thill, and our OB providers as she continues her medical training.

What makes this visit especially meaningful is that Aidan is local to Okanogan, and her family still calls this community home. We are proud to support the next generation of healthcare professionals and grateful for opportunities that help connect future providers with rural healthcare and the communities they serve.

Please help us give Aidan a warm Mid Valley welcome when you see her around!

πŸ’™ Thank you, Aidan, for choosing to learn and grow with us. We wish you a rewarding and inspiring experience during your time here.
