Introducing the NORI crest.

NORI stands for Network of Rising Icons — a leadership and mentorship network focused on helping young people grow into disciplined, confident, and purpose-driven leaders.

Our first initiative is the North Omaha Renaissance Initiative, focused on mentorship, leadership development, and opportunity within our community.

The crest represents the values we stand for:

• Leadership
• Mentorship
• Discipline
• Community
• Opportunity

We believe the next generation of leaders already exists in our communities — they just need the right mentorship, guidance, and opportunities to rise.

This is just the beginning.

NORI was created with a simple but powerful vision: to help build leadership, mentorship, and opportunity for the next generation in North Omaha.

Our community has always been filled with talent, potential, and strong people. NORI exists to help create more pathways for young men and women to grow into leaders, professionals, and positive forces in their community.

Through mentorship, leadership development, community engagement, and professional exposure, our goal is to help support the next generation as they build their future.
