NORI represents two connected ideas.

NORI — Network of Rising Icons

A leadership and mentorship network focused on helping young people grow into confident, disciplined, and purpose-driven leaders.

Our first initiative under NORI is:

North Omaha Renaissance Initiative

This initiative focuses on mentorship, leadership development, and community engagement right here in North Omaha.

Our goal is to help support the next generation through mentorship, opportunity, and leadership development.

NORI was created with a simple but powerful vision: to help build leadership, mentorship, and opportunity for the next generation in North Omaha.

Our community has always been filled with talent, potential, and strong people. NORI exists to help create more pathways for young men and women to grow into leaders, professionals, and positive forces in their community.

Through mentorship, leadership development, community engagement, and professional exposure, our goal is to help support the next generation as they build their future.
