Every day, the Greater Omaha Aquatics Foundation continues to grow. New conversations are happening, introductions are being made, and relationships with local partners and nonprofits are forming, all centered around a shared belief in what this facility can mean for Omaha.

As these partnerships expand, so does the vision. What began as an idea is continuing to take shape, coming to life through collaboration, community support, and a commitment to creating something truly impactful. This future aquatics facility is designed to serve swimmers, families, and organizations across our city and its potential continues to grow with each new connection.

We can’t wait for this vision to become a reality in Omaha, but we can’t do it alone. We need the support of our community to help bring this facility to life and change the landscape of swimming in our city.

The Greater Omaha Aquatics Foundation is proud to share that we are actively building partnerships with swim programs and nonprofits across the city, all united by one mission: to expand access to swimming and strengthen aquatics in Omaha.

This is more than a pool. It’s a vision coming to life.

The Greater Omaha Aquatics Foundation is developing a state-of-the-art Olympic-standard aquatics facility, designed to serve families, athletes, and community partners across Omaha and the Midwest. Featuring a 50-meter by 25-yard pool built with the same technology used at the Olympic Games, this facility will support everything from swim lessons and water safety to high-level competition and lifelong fitness.

What this space will include:
🏊‍♂️ Olympic-standard competition pool
🏊‍♀️ Swim lessons and youth programming
🏆 Competitive swim and training opportunities
🌊 Masters swim and adult fitness
🤝 Community partnerships and nonprofit programming

The heart of our mission is simple:
One Race - One Swimmer - One Dream At A Time

Our Vision for Omaha:
- Build a state-of-the-art Olympic pool and aquatics facility right here in Omaha
- Provide access to swim lessons, competitive swim, masters swim, and community programming
- Support young athletes on their journey
- Strengthen Omaha’s aquatics community for generations

This is the start of something far bigger than a pool, it’s a place where every swimmer, at every level, can learn, grow, and thrive.
