Of the 46 women we served this week, 5 of them are considering abortion.

Priya* is one of them. She felt shocked and unprepared about finding out she is pregnant, as she has a young baby at home.

She told her advocate she is considering abortion if she is early enough in her pregnancy and that her husband will support whatever decision she makes.

She was too early to measure anything in the ultrasound, but she asked the medical staff questions and wanted her husband to be in the exam room the whole time.

She left still undecided between parenting and abortion, but scheduled a follow up appointment for another ultrasound.

Your support helps do more than provide free medical services. It helps us connect women facing unexpected pregnancies with the resources and support they need to move forward with confidence.

Today, several members of our team attended the Nebraska State Benefits Training in Lincoln, hosted by Her PLAN. They learned more about helping women and families access programs such as Medicaid, WIC, and SNAP.

Opportunities like this help equip our staff to better serve the women who walk through our doors.

Because of your generosity, women receive more than an appointment; they find a team committed to helping them take their next step toward life!

For a woman facing an unexpected pregnancy, knowing where to turn for answers, care, and support can make all the difference.

That's why Assure is committed to meeting women where they are and building relationships throughout our community.

Last weekend, our team participated in two community events: one in South Omaha and one in Council Bluffs. Both provided opportunities to connect with women and families, share information about Assure's free medical services, and help more women know where they can turn when facing an unexpected pregnancy.

Every conversation is an opportunity to help a woman take that important first step toward getting the answers and support she needs.

Because of our faithful supporters, Assure can continue reaching beyond our clinic walls, building relationships, and connecting more women with compassionate care that empowers them to choose life for their babies.

Will you partner with us in prayer for our patients?

Rayna* is divorced but lives with her children. She’s in a relationship with the father of her baby but he doesn’t know she’s pregnant.

She thinks he would want her to keep it, but she has family members who will support an abortion.

She told her advocate she doesn’t know what she is going to do yet and is considering all her options. She said having a baby will cause financial stress as well. She asked questions during the ultrasound and commented on how far along she is. She left her appointment undecided but agreed to come back for another ultrasound.

42 women walked through the doors of Assure last week. Two of them have abortions scheduled.

Please lift up all of these women to the Lord, as well as those that have yet to walk through our doors. Pray that a spirt of peace and joy will come over each woman and she will see her baby as a blessing, not a burden.

For 40 years, God has been at work through Assure - changing hearts, saving lives, sharing the Gospel, strengthening families, and using the faithfulness of people like you to make this ministry possible

In celebration of our 40th anniversary, we created a special documentary that looks back at where Assure began, the people God brought together along the way, and the thousands of women and families whose lives have been touched through this ministry.

This is more than a documentary about our history. It is a story of faith, perseverance, and above all, a story of God’s faithfulness for four decades.

Every prayer, every gift, every volunteer hour, and every person who has stood with Assure has helped build a legacy of faithfulness over these 40 years.
