Well well well, would ya look at that. Two of Benson’s finest featured in this month’s issue of

Not only do and serve up incredible food and hospitality, they also care deeply about the neighborhood they call home.

Yosh*tomo has been giving back to this community for as long as we can remember, and Set The Bar jumped in headfirst from the moment they signed their lease, supporting countless neighborhood initiatives and even leading our food drive last fall.

We’re grateful for these folks and for all of the businesses that continue to invest in Benson beyond their front doors. They’re not just part of the neighborhood, they help shape it.

💚 Our Girl's Going to Nationals. Let's Help Her Get There.

One thing Benson does really well is show up for our own. That's exactly what we're hoping to do for Benson High wrestler Garianne Levy.

After winning a Nebraska Freestyle State Championship, Garianne earned a spot on the 2026 Nebraska Junior Women's National Dual Team and qualified for Fargo Nationals, one of the most prestigious wrestling tournaments in the country.

Now she's preparing to represent Benson on the national stage. Donations will help cover travel, lodging, team fees, meals, and competition expenses.

If you're able to contribute, we'd love your support. If not, sharing her fundraiser goes a long way too.

Let's show Garianne what we mean when we say Benson takes care of its own. 💚🤼‍♀️

Shout out to Lah Ku Paw and the Benson High School Design & Construction students on their incredible tiny house build this year.

What many people may not know is that these same students helped build much of what you’ll find in the Petshop backlot last summer, including the mud kitchen, dye garden, bench seating, and planters.

We’re incredibly lucky to have young people who aren’t just learning skills, but actively shaping the neighborhood around them. Public spaces are stronger when the people they’re meant to serve have a hand in creating them, and these students have literally left their mark on Benson.

Thanks for helping build a more creative, welcoming, and community-driven district.
