Saturday was a memorable one. Following our Skate School session, we were proud to be a part of NHF’s Street Dreams at Millwork Commons — a day built around WCMX, skateboarding, BMX, music, cars, and *most importantly*, community 👏

Street Dreams raised funds for adaptive equipment for youth with disabilities, creating more opportunities for young people to move, participate and have fun.

We got to hang with our friends at Box Wheelchairs, Central Skate Shop Omaha, SkateFest Omaha, Nowear BMX + and watch an incredible Pro WCMX demo from Aaron Wheelz Fotheringham 🔥 Big shoutout and congratulations to the Nick Howe Foundation for bringing Street Dreams to life!

We can't wait for BFF Omaha + Giant Joy Collective's Handmade Parade, and we want you to be part of it with us! Swipe through to see what we'll be up to on October 2 + how you can get involved!

From making a parade banner at the BCC and walking in the parade with us, to catching our skate demo on 61st Street + Omaha Girls Rock performances outside of Petshop, there's definitely something you'll be into. Come through 😎

"Kids need a place to go after school, during nights and weekends." 👏

We can't wait for The Bay Omaha to be that third space for young people in our community.

Huge thank you to Sky Crabtree at KMTV 3 News Now for highlighting our new facility, set to open in 2027.

Big news ‼️ We’re excited to share that The Bay has been selected as a 2026 FNBO Impact Grant recipient! This support helps us connect young people in our community with opportunities to build skills, access resources, explore their passions, and take steps toward meaningful work and brighter futures.

Huge thank you to FNBO for investing in The Bay and the young people we serve. We’re grateful to have you in our corner as we keep building opportunities, strengthening community, and raising the tide together 🌊💚
