Today the pack hiked 2 miles! We saw many different birds and insects. Thank you for being prepared! Everyone had water bottles so we stayed hydrated and finished up before noon!

Saturday July 18th we will be hiking at Chalco Hills
We will meet at 10:30 in the main parking lot near the visitor center
Be sure to bring a water bottle and sunscreen! Also a small notebook to take notes about the nature we observe.

Tonight we had Officer Ryan Webb with the Milwaukee Police Department come and give a great talk. He shared great information about his job and showed us much of the equipment he uses. Thank you to Pam Gatewood for arranging this!
