📖 Did you know the boldest missionary in history asked people to pray he'd be brave?

The Apostle Paul planted churches across the ancient world, stood before kings, and wrote much of the New Testament. If anyone had reason to feel fearless, it was him.
Yet in his letters, Paul asked believers to pray that God would give him the right words and the courage to speak them without fear. (Ephesians 6:19-20) 🙏

Sit with that for a moment.

If Paul needed prayer for boldness, then the nervousness you feel before sharing your faith isn't a sign you're doing it wrong—it's something even the greatest evangelist knew well.

Take heart! You don't have to be fearless. You just have to be willing to go, and you can ask the Holy Spirit to equip you with courage like Paul did. 💛

Somewhere along the way in our faith journey, a lot of us started picturing evangelism as a debate to win or a speech to deliver. No wonder fear is the number one reason people don't share their faith! 😬

SHARING YOUR FAITH WAS NEVER ABOUT A PERFORMANCE. It's simply one person telling another about the hope they've found--telling their own story. That's the whole idea behind the five steps.

Take the pressure off, folks. Evangelism happens most often in a conversation, not a courtroom. 🙏
