If there is anyone in the Olympia/Tacoma area who may be thinking of upgrading to a large freeze dryer, or may want to purchase a large freeze dryer, we have a like-new (run maybe two dozen times total) Harvest Right for sale.

It comes with many extras including the utility cart that holds it. It runs perfectly has never given us one minute's trouble. It will also be sold with a short-term warranty.

America was not producing enough beef to begin with...now think about the livestock destruction from the Ohio valley and beyond due to dioxin poisoning and 18,000 cows blown up in Texas. Beef may no longer be what's for dinner. Contact us for local farms that offer clean and reasonably priced beef. Freeze-dry your beef for the future!

A representative from R-CALF USA calls for substantive reforms to the structure of the U.S. cattle and beef market in order to avoid beef shortages at the grocery store.

FYI: Foster Farms does not use vaccines in their chickens. Their organic whole chickens are also non-GMO. Costco is now private- labeling (Kirkland) Foster Farms whole chickens but they are still under the practices and ownership of Foster Farms. Short of raising your own chickens, or buying from a small conscientious farm, these may be your best bet for clean chicken commercially.

Pricing for freeze-drying fundraiser
Membership: 30.00
Price per tray (holds approx 3.5 lbs of ground beef) 12.00
There is additional pricing for packaging depending upon how you want it bagged (single serving, family size etc.).

If you were to purchase a #10 can of freeze-dried ground beef right now online (not organic and no idea if they used mRNA vaccines, or if the livestock had dioxin poison or anything) it would cost from 80.00 dollars to 100.00 dollars depending on the vendor.

Now if you buy organic ground beef (usually can get at someplace like grocery outlet for 7 dollars a pound) that is 28.00 dollars pluse WE freeze dry it for you (we can fit almost 4lbs per tray and we charge 12.00 a tray) that would cost you around 40.00.

We do charge a reasonable fee to package as well to cover the costs of the mylar bag and oxygen absorbers. Even if you added 10.00 for that you are at 50.00, know exactly where your meat has come from and have food storage that lasts up to 30 years.

Dear Friends,
Harvest Prep Club will open on May 1, 2023. We will be supplying education, speakers, meetings and resources to prepare our members for natural disasters, supply chain issues, a devaluing dollar and other potential unforeseen situations.
