Summer track is over but the GRIND continues… we are PROUD of this group of ATHLETES this season. It was more detailed, based on them being older and showing they can handle more MENTALLY. The workouts were more difficult, based on the what we demanded of the body for the desired outcome. The RECOVERY and NUTRITION more INTENIONAL based on what we wanted the PERFORMANCE OUTPUT to be. It’s not a case of “just let them run”, we DEVELOP the athletes!!! I LOVE what i do!!!

It’s time to showcase Olathe Elite’s athletes that punched their ticket to the JO’s. Kyla, Shamario, KnoxVille and Max… Ryan and Rashaun are the only two actually going to represent Region9 in Savannah…CONGRATULATIONS to all of them!!! KCSA …

Our regular season has come to an end and on a HIGH note. I don’t mind sounding like a broken record, I’m very proud of the WORK our athletes put in throughout the season. They see the INTENTION behind the SYSTEMS we put in place to get the PERFORMANCE RESULTS they achieved. They TRUSTED us as TRAINERS to DEVELOP them, and as COACHES to MANAGE the PROCESS. It wasn’t just “cool videos” on social media to get likes and clicks. Or videos to showcase a hard workout. We did post videos, but they were just “snapshots” of the bigger picture. The work they put in TRANSLATED to RESULTS. The athletes TIMES dropped with each meet. Last season it was in just one event. The adjustments I made to the SYSTEM, they dropped in two events. Their primary event and their “auxiliary event”. I’m proud of our coaches that EVOLVED, GREW and TRUSTED me to put a SYSTEM in place to take these athletes to the next LEVEL⬆️. Some of our athletes, have one more meet to close out the season, and some are going to represent Olathe Elite and the entire Region 9 in Savannah Ga. in the Jr. Olympics… I’m GRATEFUL for it all!!! THANK YOU…
