One year ago this week, we said “YES” to 4 women to be the starting team for Around the Table!

Since then, our team has shifted and grown — touching the lives of 7 incredible women.

We’re continually in awe when we look back and see how this little dream has grown over the last year. It’s an honor to know each of them, walk alongside them, and be apart of their stories.

Our team started Around the Table because we had a dream for what workplace community could look like for women facing employment barriers.

A place where they would find not just a job, but a community where they could come exactly as they are and be surrounded by safety, encouragement, support, and care.

These messages are real life evidence of that unfolding and it’s been a joy to watch them grow with us and each other.
