Congratulations Brian!

The Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association Board of Directors would like to announce the hiring of Mr. Brian Taylor as the Deputy Director of OAPA.

Mr. Taylor joins the Association after a more than 35-year career with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. He brings an expertise of Oklahoma’s transportation industry with him to OAPA, along with the passion to make our industry prosper.
