A year in review. 2025 has had its ups & downs & we lost some of our amazing friends. And although I know I’ll see them again one day, it was hard to say goodbye. We’ve also seen many get housing this year praise the lord.
We went out 52 Saturday’s in 2025 serving around 125-150 people every week. That’s a minimum of 6500 lunches & 6500 bowls of soup. Each week was full of love, laughter & service. We’ve had many volunteers come out over the course of the year. We have our faithful few then we’ve had many pop in groups & single volunteers. Our volunteer group continues to grow as does the groups we serve in the OKC Downtown area & SW OKC.
There have been so many over the past year that we’ve gotten to love on, pray over, laugh with & give much needed necessities to. I adore the relationships that have been built.
I’m so thankful for our volunteers, they give faithfully of their time & resources. Most of who also work fulltime jobs.
I’m also so grateful to those who have donated. We have received countless items. That means donations of clothes, shoes, bedding, furniture, hygiene items, blankets, socks, food, & money. We also have people who volunteer to make sandwiches every week. That’s also 52 weeks of making sandwiches.
We have been fortunate to receive menstrual supplies from Period OKC.
