Meet Erwin one of the OKC Raiders 8U Offensive Coaches .
When Coach E hits the field, you can feel the energy shift. The players get louder, the pace picks up, and you know it’s officially game time.
A lifelong Kansas City Chiefs fan, “E” brings that championship mindset to every practice with high energy, sharp focus, and a little extra swagger. His comfort movie is Major Payne, which makes sense… because like the Major himself, Coach E knows how to keep his team laughing, learning, and locked in all at once.
His reason to why he choose to coach youth football is because,“Most of the coaches out there never even played football. I played my entire life and felt like I could coach the kids better from my own experiences.”
For coach E, coaching is personal. It’s about giving kids the kind of real, firsthand football lessons that only come from someone who’s been in the game. His goalis to help his players build confidence, character, and a love for the sport ,one play at a time.
