Coaches and parents.... thoughts on this question??

It’s tough to watch a girls' travel ball team finally find their rhythm—trusting each other, understanding their roles, and winning innings—only for outside politics and parent drama to pull them apart.

Travel ball has truly changed over the years. When winning and collecting rings/photos take priority over the actual development of the players, everybody loses.

Sports should be about building character, teamwork, and growth first.
