During World War II, Rosie the Riveter symbolized the power of women stepping into mission-critical roles. Today, the Rosie Project carries that legacy forward by empowering military spouses with cutting-edge IT and cybersecurity training that fuels the defense industrial base.

We proudly announce that Cohort 6 will be launched near Hill Air Force Base in partnership with Weber State University at their campus outside the South Gate.

This is the way!

Clark State has partnered with The Rosie Project to help military spouses build careers in information technology. This six-month program provides training, industry-recognized certifications and job connections—all at no cost to spouses of active-duty, Reserve, National Guard and veterans.
With no prior tech experience required, participants receive a computer, career support and access to childcare assistance. Graduates will qualify for careers in cybersecurity, network administration and cloud computing.

Military Spouses serve right alongside our warfighters with every PCS, deployment, and TDY. The Rosie Project is dedicated to empowering military spouses to harness their potential through an Information Technology career, so they can advance alongside their spouse’s military career.

OPEN TO ALL MILITARY SPOUSES PAST OR PRESENT

The Rosie Project is a free-to-attend, 6-month, Information Technology program for military spouses (men and women). Military spouses attend Information Technology courses that are mission critical to the needs of the Aerospace and Defense Industry. These courses will prepare them to gain IT Certifications and transition into Aerospace and Defense positions.

As we step into this exciting new year, I’m thrilled to share some incredible updates from the The Rosie Project! This year is all about growth, innovation, and making an even greater impact for military spouses worldwide.

📍 Expanding Our Reach:
We are proud to announce The Rosie Project’s known location expansions to . We are continuing to pursue , and . These new sites mark a monumental step forward as we continue to support military families, not only across the United States but now internationally as well. By bringing our program to military communities around the world, we are moving to shake the cage globally, because everyone deserves a chance to succeed, no matter where they are stationed.

📚 Broadening Our Horizons:
In 2025, we’re adding Program Management training to our offerings! This addition will complement our existing IT courses, equipping military spouses with versatile, high-demand skills. Whether they’re breaking into the tech world or growing in other industries, we aim to empower them to thrive professionally and personally.

🤝 Our Mission Continues:
At the Rosie Project, our mission has always been to break down barriers and open doors for military spouses. By expanding our footprint and diversifying our training, we’re building pathways to careers that offer flexibility, stability, and growth regardless of the challenges of military life.
