This morning 10/13 at 9am downtown.
We were there with our bottoms on!
Mr. Shannon’s was approved by all BOCC.
Mr. Dibbs’ was postpone to 10/21/2026 at 9am. His attorney didn’t feel they had enough time to respond to the county’s 63 pg document that did not recommend the approval of his application.

Will be there on the 21st!
We hope you will too!

The following step-by-step instruction is how you can read detailed information on the October 13th and future property owner’s rezoning or variance applications. I have also provided screenshots for your convenience. Thank you

1. Go to Hillsborough County homepage.
2. Scroll down/click on “zoning public hearing MAP”
3. Zoom into the Keystone Odessa area. This map will allow you to see exactly where the property is located in your area.
4. Double click on the highlighted area to see the number/link to more info (the different applications are color-coded/see the scale).
5. Click on the “PGM Store” link
6. Scroll down/click on “to enter the PGM store”.
7. Click on OK.
8. Username/password are “public” lowercase.
9. Double click on “document respiratory permits”.
10. Type in the application number in the far right top area under “App/Permit/Tracking” ie: 26-1528
11. Click on “query” on the top far left corner of the page.
12. Double click the “line” that pops up above with the applicant number.
This will open up a list of all the applications paperwork filed by date for public viewing.
