✨ A little movement, a little stillness, and a whole lot of good energy. 🤍

Yesterday’s Yoga & Sound Bath Social was such a beautiful reminder of the importance of slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves, and simply being present.

From mindful movement to the calming vibrations of the sound bath, we created space to release, recharge, and restore our minds, bodies, and spirits. 🌿

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us at RoMing Yoga in Odessa. And a special thank you to Terry and Roming Yoga for hosting us and helping create such a welcoming space for connection, relaxation, and renewal.

There’s something truly special about coming together with intention and leaving a little lighter than we arrived.

Until our next moment of stillness. ✨

Today, the Permian Basin Counseling Association traded the therapy chair for a chance to serve our community! 💚

Our members volunteered with the West Texas Food Bank, packing food bags for children in our community. Together, we helped contribute to more than 480 bags that will go directly to kids in need.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to come together outside of the counseling room, serve alongside one another, and give back to the communities we care for every day.

A huge thank you to the West Texas Food Bank for having us! 💚🤍
