Most growth doesn’t happen where we can watch it. 🪴

In our newest blog, Brie Hall Brie Hall shares a sweet lesson sparked by a tiny Shy Plant she and her daughter planted together. What began with eager checking slowly became routine, until one day Brie stopped long enough to really look.

The little plant had been growing all along.

Sometimes our own growth is like that, too. Quiet. Gradual. Happening beneath the surface while we’re busy living our lives. And sometimes we simply need to slow down long enough to notice how far we’ve come. 💛

This year, a group of women returned to the Camino to finish a journey they began three years ago. 💛

Along the way, they took part in one of the Camino’s longstanding traditions at the Cruz de Ferro, an iron cross standing at roughly 1,500 meters at one of the highest points along the Camino Francés. For generations, pilgrims have added stones to the mound beneath the cross as an offering, a ritual that today often represents something they’re ready to release or leave behind.

For Jen Jennifer Dale the ritual brought her back to the words that have accompanied her own journey. Last year, her word was allow. This year, it’s accept.

As you listen to Jen’s reflection, take a moment to consider what you’ve been carrying that you might be ready to set down. 🌿

Through her travels in Slovenia and along the Camino, Jen has been reflecting on change, belonging and the courage it takes to open ourselves to life’s transitions.

What can we remember about ourselves through the stories of other women? 🌿

As we step into October’s theme, Honoring What Has Grown, HHJ Community Manager & Host Ariana Stevens reflects on her own growth over the past year and the conversations she’s found especially meaningful within the Honest Heart Community.

Listening to another woman share what she’s moving through can spark a realization, offer a different perspective or remind us of something we already knew but needed to hear again. Ari describes these moments as a kind of “sacred remembering.” 💛
